These Terms and Conditions govern all service contracts, inspections, and pest control treatments performed by Make India Pest Control (DixitPest.com). By booking a service or signing a service order, you agree to these terms.

1. Written Warranty Terms

Anti-Termite Treatments carry a written warranty certificate ranging from 1 to 5 years (and up to 10 years for pre-construction treatment). In the event of termite re-appearance during the active warranty period, Make India Pest Control will perform free re-inspection and re-treatment.

2. Client Preparation Requirements

Clients must allow technician access to specified treatment areas and follow pre-service and post-service advice (such as allowing herbal gel micro-dots to remain undisturbed in cabinet hinges).

3. Payments & Invoicing

Payment is due upon completion of initial service treatment unless an annual maintenance contract (AMC) schedule is agreed in writing. Official GST invoices are generated for all transactions.
